上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院耳科學(xué)研究所
上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院耳科學(xué)研究所成立于2008年10月，2014年經(jīng)上海市科委批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)上海市耳鼻疾病轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，由吳皓教授擔(dān)任所長和主任。研究所依托上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院，匯聚了一批耳科與聽覺醫(yī)學(xué)優(yōu)秀科學(xué)家和中青年人才，現(xiàn)有博士生導(dǎo)師8名、碩士生導(dǎo)師5名，兼聘教授3名。近年來先后獲得科技部973重大科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國自然重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、上海市科委重大項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)基金支持，在國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文200多篇。相關(guān)研究成果獲2018年國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)，2019年教育部科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)等。
研究所聚焦于耳科與聽覺醫(yī)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)和轉(zhuǎn)化研究，相繼建立了基因測序、聽覺電生理、超微結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)譜、生物成像、生物樣本庫等技術(shù)平臺(tái)。研究所具備國際一流的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)施和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，以“感音神經(jīng)性聽覺損傷與修復(fù)”為研究核心，針對感音神經(jīng)性耳聾防治中的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題，聚焦于聽覺信號(hào)處理的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能基礎(chǔ)，闡明聽覺障礙的病理生理機(jī)制，發(fā)現(xiàn)藥物、基因治療靶點(diǎn)，研發(fā)人工聽覺植入裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)有效聽覺重建。

Ear Institute Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine was founded in October 2008. In 2014, it was approved by Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology to establish Shanghai Key Laboratory of Translational Medicine on Ear and Nose diseases, with Professor Wu Hao as the director. Supported by Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, ear institute brings together a group of top scientists and young talents in otology and audiology. Currently, There are 8 doctoral tutors, 5 master tutors and 3 adjunct professors. In recent years, it has got many grants from National Program on Key Basic Research (973 Program), National Key Research and Development Plan, Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Major Program of Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology, etc, with over 200 SCI papers published in international academic journals. It received National Grade ⅡPrize of Science and Technology Progress in 2018 and Grade Ⅰ Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of National Ministry of Education in 2019.
The institute focuses on the basic and translational research of otology and audiology medicine, and has successively established 6 technology platforms, include gene sequencing platform, auditory electrophysiological platform, auditory ultrastructural platform, mass spectrometry platform, bioimaging platform and biobank of hearing loss. It owns an international first-class experimental facility and research team. Take the research of “Sensorineural Hearing Loss and Reestablish” as the core, we aim to pursuit key scientific quests on prevention and treatment of sensorineural hearing loss. With focuses on structural and functional basis of auditory signaling process, we want to elucidate the physiopathological mechanism behind hearing impairment, to discover targets of pharmaceutical and gene therapies, to develop artificial hearing implantation device, and to achieve restoration of hearing.
