上海交通大學(xué)附屬第六人民醫(yī)院臨床研究中心于2018年9月1日正式掛牌成立,，旨在以臨床研究項目為抓手聯(lián)合院內(nèi)優(yōu)勢學(xué)科，統(tǒng)籌不同學(xué)科,、不同平臺以及不同醫(yī)院間的交叉合作,，最大限度優(yōu)化臨床資源和研究資源。希望在臨床前沿問題,、規(guī)范化診治以及創(chuàng)新技術(shù)方面取得新突破,，形成一批有影響、可轉(zhuǎn)化的高質(zhì)量研究成果,。同時培養(yǎng)一批高素質(zhì)的研究型臨床醫(yī)師,，實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院向研究型醫(yī)院的轉(zhuǎn)型。
臨床研究中心包括臨床研究管理部和臨床研究支持部,內(nèi)設(shè)項目管理辦公室,、藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu),、生物樣本庫及臨床研究支撐平臺。中心建設(shè)目標為：打造規(guī)范化,、標準化,、規(guī)模化的臨床研究數(shù)據(jù)平臺和生物樣本庫,，輔助發(fā)起優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的臨床研究項目,，提供一站式技術(shù)支持和服務(wù)。中心已搭建數(shù)據(jù)檢索,、生物統(tǒng)計和生信分析等技術(shù)支撐平臺,，配備包括生物統(tǒng)計、生物信息,、項目管理,、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)控等在內(nèi)的專職技術(shù)人員。臨床研究中心向院內(nèi)科研人員提供研究方案設(shè)計,、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,、數(shù)據(jù)建模、項目管理和質(zhì)控等專業(yè)服務(wù),；參與各類型臨床研究項目,；承接藥企發(fā)起的藥物臨床試驗；定期開展科研系列培訓(xùn)和學(xué)術(shù)沙龍,，促進院內(nèi)科研協(xié)作以及院外學(xué)術(shù)交流,，加強院企合作和成果轉(zhuǎn)化。
The clinical research center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth People’s Hospital was founded in September 1st, 2018. It aims at uniting dominant subjects of hospital relying on clinical research projects, and coordinating interdisciplinary cooperation from different fields, platforms and hospitals to optimize clinical and research resources. It hopes for new breakthroughs in clinical frontiers, standardization of diagnosis and treatment, innovation technology, and high quality of research which are influential and transformable. At the same time, through cultivating high quality research clinicians, it will drive the transformation to the research hospital.
Clinical research center includes management department and support department, setting up with project management office, drug clinical trial facility, biological sample bank and clinical research support platform. The goal of the center is to build a standardized and large-scale clinical research data platform and biological sample bank, to assist in launching high-quality and efficient clinical research projects, and to provide one-stop technical support and services. The center has set up some technical support platforms related to data retrieval, biological statistics and bioinformatics, which are equipped with full-time technical personnel including biological statistics, biological information, project management, data quality control and so on. The clinical research center is providing professional services such as program design, data statistics, data modeling, project management and quality control, etc.; participating various types of clinical research projects; undertaking drug clinical trials initiated by pharmaceutical companies; carrying out a series of scientific research training and academic salons regularly to promote intramural and extramural research collaboration and academic exchanges; and enhancing cooperation and the transformation of achievements between the hospital and enterprises.
