上海交通大學(xué)附屬第六人民醫(yī)院骨科是世界顯微外科發(fā)源地。擁有骨科相關(guān)的國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)?？?span lang="EN-US">2個(gè),、教育部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、工信部衛(wèi)計(jì)委骨科手術(shù)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用中心,、上海市創(chuàng)傷骨科與骨關(guān)節(jié)疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)中心,。中國(guó)醫(yī)院科技影響力專科排名第一（2014 年,， 2016 年,，2017年，2018年）,。學(xué)科建制齊全,，設(shè)有 8 個(gè)亞專業(yè) 14 個(gè)病區(qū)，床位456張,，年門急診量71萬(wàn)余人次,，年手術(shù)量達(dá)5.1萬(wàn)人次?？剖椰F(xiàn)有醫(yī)師 156 人,，其中正高 27 人，副高 43 人,，全科 95% 人員擁有研究生學(xué)歷,。其中中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)分會(huì)主委1名、副主委2名、國(guó)際學(xué)會(huì)主席 2 名,、上海市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)分會(huì)主委3名,。近 5 年來(lái)承擔(dān)國(guó)家國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家衛(wèi)計(jì)委公益行業(yè)專項(xiàng)基金等國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目 6 項(xiàng),，國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,、上海市科委等省部級(jí)以上項(xiàng)目 189 項(xiàng)；獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)（第二完成單位）,、中華醫(yī)學(xué)科技獎(jiǎng),、教育部科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)、上海市科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)等省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng) 11 項(xiàng),；發(fā)表 SCI 收錄論文 972 篇,，影響因子大于 5 分的 109 篇,臨床研究論文 510 篇。
Department of Orthopedics in the Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University is the birthplace of microsurgery technique in the world, with two national key clinical specialties related to orthopedics, the national key discipline of the Ministry of Education, the Orthopedic Surgery Robot Application Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Medical Center for Trauma and Osteoarticular Diseases of Shanghai. It was ranked first of technological influence in Chinese hospitals in the year of 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018. The discipline structure is well-organized, with eight sub-disciplines, fourteen wards, 456 beds, 710,000 person-times’ Annual outpatient and emergency volumes, and 51,000 person-times’ annual operation volumes. The department was composed of 156 doctors, among whom 27 have senior titles, 43have vice-senior titles, 95% have graduate degrees. Additionally, we have one chairman and two vice chairmen of Branch of Chinese Medical Association, two chairmen of international institute, three chairmen of Shanghai Medical Association Branch. In the past five years, we have undertaken six national projects including key Research and Development Projects of National Natural Science Foundation as well as special Fund for Public Welfare Industry Research of Ministry of China, and 189 projects above provincial and ministerial including National Natural Science Foundation as well as Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Foundation. Besides, we have won Awards including the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize (second completion unit), 11 provincial and ministerial first prizes such as the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the Science and Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. Furthermore, we have published 972 SCI papers including 109 articles with an impact factor over 5 and 510 clinical research.

上海市四肢顯微外科研究所成立于1987年,，依托于國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科上海市第六人民醫(yī)院骨科,。四肢顯微外科研究所已設(shè)立了多個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，包括組織形態(tài)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、生物力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、流行病學(xué)研究室,、生物樣本庫(kù)、顯微外科研究室,、圖像分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、生物材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室。建立了組織形態(tài)學(xué),、干細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、分子生物學(xué)及生物力學(xué)等各種實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)平臺(tái)。按國(guó)際生物樣本庫(kù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立了骨科相關(guān)疾?。ㄈ绻晒穷^壞死等）的組織及血液樣本庫(kù),。建立了骨科相關(guān)疾病流行病學(xué)調(diào)查隨訪數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。以干細(xì)胞與再生醫(yī)學(xué)為主要研究方向,，建立了胚胎干細(xì)胞（ESCs）,、誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞(iPSCs)及多種成體干細(xì)胞的誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)及結(jié)合生物材料用于修復(fù)各種組織損傷的技術(shù)平臺(tái)。
