上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬精神衛(wèi)生中心（上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心、上海市心理咨詢與培訓(xùn)中心，以下簡稱“中心”）于1935年建院，1958年后整合了全市精神專科醫(yī)院和上海醫(yī)學(xué)院（現(xiàn)復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院）、上海第二醫(yī)學(xué)院（現(xiàn)上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院）等院校精神科的力量，成為全國規(guī)模最大、業(yè)務(wù)種類最全、領(lǐng)銜學(xué)科最多的精神衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)。現(xiàn)有徐匯和閔行兩個院區(qū)，總占地面積13.16萬m2，總建筑面積11.17萬m2，開放床位2141張。高級職稱152人，擁有精神病與精神衛(wèi)生學(xué)、心理學(xué)兩個專業(yè)的博導(dǎo)36名、碩導(dǎo)26名。作為上海市唯一的三級甲等精神專科醫(yī)院、上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院和復(fù)旦大學(xué)精神衛(wèi)生研究院，中心擔(dān)負(fù)著全市精神衛(wèi)生的醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、預(yù)防、康復(fù)、心理咨詢/治療和對外學(xué)術(shù)交流等任務(wù)。在全國精神衛(wèi)生和心理健康的人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新、臨床服務(wù)與管理、政策制定等方面也一直發(fā)揮著引領(lǐng)作用。近年來，受國家衛(wèi)健委指派，持續(xù)參與一系列心理應(yīng)急救援工作以及西藏、青海等地的對口支援任務(wù)。
徐匯和閔行兩個院區(qū)設(shè)有國家重大科技專項-新藥創(chuàng)制平臺“精神藥物新藥臨床評價研究技術(shù)平臺”、上海智慧心理評估與干預(yù)工程技術(shù)研究中心、上海市精神心理疾病臨床研究中心、上海市重性精神疾病重點實驗室、上海市重中之重重點學(xué)科等平臺的主體單位，形成國內(nèi)精神衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的研究高地。研究中心大樓建筑面積6000m2，實驗設(shè)備先進(jìn)，專職研究人員數(shù)居國內(nèi)精神專科機(jī)構(gòu)之首。
中心是復(fù)旦大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)、上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、上海師范大學(xué)、華東師范大學(xué)的教學(xué)醫(yī)院，是全國住院醫(yī)師和專科醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地。中心與國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、科研院所有著廣泛的實質(zhì)性聯(lián)系和合作。
Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine
Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (Shanghai Psychological Consultation and Psychotherapy Center) was founded in 1935, with Mercy Hospital and Shanghai Psychiatric Hospital being its predecessors. It was affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2006. The center consists of Xuhui campus and Minhang campus. More than 1,200 full-time staff works in the Center, including 1,100 professional staffs providing care for the patients. Among the professional staff, there are 278 psychiatrists and 640 psychiatric nurses. The staff members at the institution have excellent reputations in China.
In Xuhui campus, we mainly focus on clinical application research, and set the WHO Collaborating Center for Research and Training in Mental Health, Shanghai Psychological Consultation and Psychotherapy Center, Shanghai Center for Mental Disease Control and Prevention, National Clinical Trial Center on Psychotropics, Shanghai Clinical Treatment Center on Mental Disorder, Shanghai Hotline (12320-5), which is one of the first hotlines in Shanghai to provide psychological counseling services for patients with various mental disorders.
In Minhang campus, we have established a scientific research innovation and development system integrating the spiritual and psychological clinical resources, and set the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, Shanghai Substance Abuse Treatment Center, Shanghai Crisis Intervention Center, Shanghai Key Laboratory of Psychotic Disorders, Clinical Center for Geriatric Psychiatry, Shanghai Mental Health Institution, etc.
Shanghai Mental Health Center is a teaching hospital of Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai University of TCM, Shanghai Normal University, East China Normal University. It sets the course of psychiatry and psychology. It is an authorized the standard training base for resident doctors and specialist doctors.The center is actively engaged in the clinical application of psychiatry research. Geriatric psychiatry and preventive psychiatry of Shanghai Clinical Medical Center for Mental Diseases are the key medical disciplines in Shanghai. As one of the cooperative centers of WHO Collaborating Center for Research & Training in Mental Health, it has a wide range of academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation in the world.
Shanghai Mental Health Center has a complete set of clinical departments and strong technical capabilities. With a total of 2,141 beds, it consists of general psychiatry department, clinical psychology department, psychiatric emergency (PICU), mood disorders department, child & adolescent psychiatry department, psychosomatic disorders department, psychogeriatrics department, rehabilitation center, voluntary drug rehabilitation, sleep disorders department, etc.
It is committed to the development and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mental illness. Based on the clinical practice experience, the center actively explores new ground and makes bold attempts. It has carried out a series of specialty and sub-specialty developments aiming at improving its medical capabilities.
