上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院組織胚胎學(xué)與遺傳發(fā)育學(xué)系成立于2017年6月,，由原解剖學(xué)與組織胚胎學(xué)系中的組織胚胎學(xué)學(xué)科,，原分子發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究室,、原發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究室及原醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)教研室重組而成。唐玉杰研究員任系主任,，張明亮研究員任黨支部書記、常務(wù)副主任,，黃雷教授和伍靜文副教授任副主任,。
作為上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展學(xué)科之一，組織胚胎學(xué)與遺傳發(fā)育學(xué)系,，在科研布局上力求契合現(xiàn)代再生醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的新趨勢，綜合生命科學(xué),、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué),、化學(xué)生物學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程及材料科學(xué)等相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域,，依托上海市生殖醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,，聚焦生殖醫(yī)學(xué)、發(fā)育與干細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、遺傳疾病與兒童腫瘤三大科研方向,，包括從配子發(fā)生、胚胎早期發(fā)育到發(fā)育異常引起的遺傳疾病與兒童腫瘤,；以及從干細(xì)胞干性維持和定向分化以及發(fā)育異常疾病相關(guān)的細(xì)胞命運(yùn)調(diào)控等重要生物學(xué)問題的機(jī)制研究,，到基于細(xì)胞重編程、基因編輯,、單細(xì)胞測序和3D培養(yǎng)等技術(shù)的疾病模擬和藥物篩選,。將圍繞關(guān)系國計(jì)民生的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題和技術(shù)手段，著力解決生命早期發(fā)育以及發(fā)育異常相關(guān)重大疾病的機(jī)制研究,、技術(shù)開發(fā)和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化問題,。
我系堅(jiān)持積極引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)杰出人才，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)初步形成了一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理,、具有較強(qiáng)科研實(shí)力和創(chuàng)新能力的人才隊(duì)伍,。截至2021年12月，我系共有教職員工37人,，其中正高8人,，副高10人，59.5%具有博士學(xué)位,；形成了8個(gè)研究團(tuán)隊(duì),，包括科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人1人，國家高層次人才計(jì)劃3人,，國家高層次人才計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目1人,，國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者1人，上海市優(yōu)秀學(xué)科/術(shù)帶頭人2人，上海市領(lǐng)軍人才2人,，上海市“曙光學(xué)者”2人,，上海市青年“科技啟明星”1人，上海市“浦江人才”4人,，上海高層次人才計(jì)劃6人次,。近年來在包括Nature，Cancer Cell,，Cell Stem Cell,，JCI，Blood,，Cell Res,，Dev Cell，PNAS等在內(nèi)的國際頂尖生物醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表過多篇研究論文,，并獲得了國家和上海市層面的多個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目支持,，現(xiàn)有科研基金超過3000萬。
本系將不斷促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)科發(fā)展與學(xué)科間的相互交流與融合,，并通過持續(xù)改革教學(xué)形式和教學(xué)內(nèi)容為培養(yǎng)卓越醫(yī)學(xué)人才奠定良好基礎(chǔ),。鑒于學(xué)科發(fā)展的迫切需求，本系常年進(jìn)行人才招聘,，積極邀請有志從事生殖醫(yī)學(xué),、發(fā)育與干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、遺傳疾病與兒童腫瘤方向科學(xué)研究的優(yōu)秀海內(nèi)外學(xué)者加盟,。
Department of Histoembryology, Genetics and Developmental Biology
Established in the June of 2017, the Department of Histoembryology, Genetics and Developmental Biology (DHGDB) combines following original departments in the Basic Medical College: Histoembryology, Molecular Developmental Biology Laboratory, Developmental Biology Laboratory and the Teaching and Research Office of the Medical Genetics. Dr. YuJie Tang is the director of the department. Dr. Mingliang Zhang is the party branch secretary and executive deputy director. Dr. Lei Huang and Dr. Jingwen Wu are the deputy directors.
Following the latest international medical research trends, as one of the major research directions in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and relying on Shanghai Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine, DHGDB has drawn strengths in a series of cutting-edge basic and translational research areas, including life science, basic medical research, chemical biology, material science, and focuses the scientific research on reproductive medicine, developmental and stem cell biology, genetics and pediatric cancer, exploring the mechanisms underlying gametogenesis, embryonic development, and genetic disorders and pediatric cancer. Supported by state-of-art core facilities / platforms of cellular reprogramming, gene editing, single-cell genomics, and 3D / live cell technology. Our scientists have made every effort to work against the devastating illness, perform the disease modeling, and develop the novel drugs. Our mission is to decode biomedical knowledge and bring the patient perspective to our work.
DHGDB has attracted and retained distinguished scholars who are committed to teaching and academic pursuits, with 37 faculty and staff members at present, including 8 full professors, 10 associated professors, and 59.5% percent of them are Ph.D or M.D. By the end of 2021, we have one project leaders of the Key Research and Development Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, three winners of National High-level Talent Plan, one winner of National High-level Youth Talent Plan, one Distinguished Young Scholar funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, two Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leaders, two Shanghai Leading Talents, two Shanghai "Dawn Scholars", one Shanghai Rising-Star Program, four Shanghai "Pujiang Talents", six Shanghai Program for High-Level Talents Introduction. So far, DHGDB with a total of ￥30 million in scientific research funds, has published numerous research articles in internationally highly respected journals, including Nature,，Cancer Cell , Cell Stem Cell, JCI, Blood, Cell Res., Dev Cell, and PNAS.
The department will continue to make contributions to the development of the Basic Medical College, interdisciplinary communication and integration, to the reform of teaching methods and contents, which will build a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding medical talents. Meanwhile, we are open to scholars at home and abroad, recruiting qualified talents, who are interested in the research in the fields of reproductive medicine, genetics, developmental and stem cell biology, genetic disorders and pediatric cancer.
