上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院臨床干細胞研究中心,，成立于2010年,，由仁濟醫(yī)院和上海交通大學Med-X研究院共同創(chuàng)建,。研究中心坐落于仁濟醫(yī)院東院17號樓15樓，實驗空間1000平方米,。截止2020年底,，設有研究組8個，科技人員40人,。具有高級專業(yè)技術職稱者15人,，研究生導師15人（博導7人,、碩導8人），招生專業(yè)為腫瘤學和基礎醫(yī)學,，現有在讀研究生30人（博士生17人,、碩士生13人），在站博士后7人,。
研究中心的主要研究方向為干細胞與組織修復,；腫瘤干細胞與腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展。八個研究組包括現任中心主任高維強教授領銜的“干細胞與組織修復及腫瘤發(fā)生研究室”,、馮海忠研究員領銜的“腫瘤轉移與腫瘤干細胞研究室”,、朱鶴研究員領銜的“成體干細胞和腫瘤干細胞研究室”、薛婧研究員領銜的“炎癥與炎癥相關腫瘤研究室”,、莊光磊研究員領銜的“腫瘤動態(tài)演進與靶向治療研究室”,、蔡志偉研究員領銜的“前列腺腫瘤生物學與模式創(chuàng)建研究室”、桂俊研究員領銜的“腫瘤免疫學研究室”和劉艷豐研究員領銜的“細胞代謝與腫瘤轉移室”,。研究涉及干細胞分裂模式,、干細胞干性維持、組織干細胞的異質性分析,、組織干細胞作為癌起源細胞的能力驗證,、腫瘤干細胞和上皮間質轉化、免疫與腫瘤及細胞代謝與腫瘤轉移等多個領域,。
成立以來,，研究中心發(fā)展十分迅速。截止2020年底,，先后主持72項國家級項目和53項省部級項目,，科研經費突破了1億元。其中,，科技部國家重大科學研究計劃/國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目首席2項及課題2項,，國家自然科學基金重點項目3項，優(yōu)青項目3項,，面上項目40項,，青年項目22項，外國青年項目2項,?？蒲谐尚э@現，產出了一批有影響的重要科研成果,，共發(fā)表SCI論文147篇,，其中影響因子≥10的22篇，5≤影響因子<10的63篇，包括Gastroenterology,、Nature Communications,、Cell Research、Gut,、PNAS, Clinical Cancer Research等高質量雜志論文,，并申請專利10項，授權2項,。
The Clinical Stem Cell Research Center was established in 2010 and was co-founded by Ren Ji Hospital and Med-X Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The center is located in Building no. 17 of the East Campus of Ren Ji Hospital, with a laboratory space of 1000 square meters. By the end of 2020, there are 8 research groups and 40 staffs, including 15 associate/full professors, 15 graduate student mentors (7 doctoral supervisors and 8 master supervisors); Enrollment major: Oncology and Basic Medical Science). Currently, the center has 30 graduate students (17 doctoral students and 13 master students) and 7 postdoctors.
The main research areas of the Clinical Stem Cell Research Center are stem cell and tissue repair; tumor stem cells and tumor development. The eight research groups include the "Laboratory of Stem Cells in Tissue Repair and Tumor" led by Professor Wei-Qiang Gao (current director of the center), the "Laboratory of Tumor Metastasis and Cancer Stem Cell" led by Professor Hai-zhong Feng, the "Laboratory of Tissue Stem Cells and Tumor Stem Cells" led by Professor Helen He Zhu, the "Laboratory of Inflammation and Tumorigenesis" led by Professor Jing Xue, the "Laboratory of tumor dynamic evolution and targeted therapy " led by Professor Guang-lei Zhuang, the "Laboratory of Prostate Tumor Biology and Modeling" led by Professor Chee Wai Chua, the "Laboratory of tumor Immunology " led by Professor Jun Gui, the "Laboratory of cell metabolism and tumor metastasis" led by Professor Yan-feng Liu.
In particular, research topics that are actively investigated include stem cell division modes, stemness regulation, tissue stem cell heterogeneity, cells-of-origins of cancer, cancer stem cells, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, tumor immunity and cell metabolism and tumor metastasis.
Since its establishment, the Clinical Stem Cell Research Center has progressed rapidly. By the end of 2020, it has obtained 72 national-level grants and 53 provincial-level grants. The total research funding has exceeded 100 million Chinese Yuan. These include 2 National Key R&D Program Grant of China, 3 key grants from National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC), 3 NSFC excellent youth grants, 40 NSFC regular grants, 22 NSFC youth grants, 2 NSFC foreign youth grants. A number of important scientific research achievements with international influence have been produced, including 147 SCI publications in SCI journals, 22 papers with Impact Factor≥10 and 63 papers with 5≤Impact Factor<10, including publications in Gastroenterology, Nature Communications, Cell Research, PNAS and Clinical Cancer Research), together with 10 filed patents and 2 granted patents.
