仁濟(jì)醫(yī)院男科工作始于20世紀(jì)60年代,，是我國(guó)最早開展男科工作的臨床機(jī)構(gòu)之一,。2001年12月由上海市衛(wèi)生局正式批準(zhǔn)成立“上海市男科學(xué)研究所”，也是國(guó)內(nèi)最早的男科學(xué)專業(yè)研究單位之一。形成集男科疾病臨床診療與科研于一體的臨床型研究所,，同時(shí)也是國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)施功能完善的男科臨床培訓(xùn)基地,。
仁濟(jì)男科分為四大臨床亞專業(yè)組,，包括男性不育,、性功能障礙、男性生殖器整形及尿道重建,、男性生殖腫瘤及微創(chuàng)手術(shù),。（1）男性不育亞專業(yè)：以男性生育力評(píng)估,，包括孕前檢查、不育癥的診療,、精液檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化為特色,。擅長(zhǎng)輸精管道重建術(shù)、顯微取精術(shù),、精索靜脈曲張顯微結(jié)扎等各類男科顯微手術(shù),。（2）性功能障礙亞專業(yè)：以男性性功能康復(fù)為特色，已形成完整的勃起功能障礙,、早泄等主客觀評(píng)估方案,。在國(guó)內(nèi)率先開展陰莖體外沖擊波治療，與丹麥再生醫(yī)學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,，探索自體干細(xì)胞治療ED的臨床研究,，擅長(zhǎng)ED個(gè)體化治療、陰莖假體手術(shù),、盆腔腫瘤術(shù)后勃起功能康復(fù)等,。（3）男性生殖器整形及尿道重建亞專業(yè)：擅長(zhǎng)陰莖、陰囊整形修復(fù)及尿道下裂,、尿道狹窄等尿道重建手術(shù),。（4）男性生殖腫瘤及微創(chuàng)手術(shù)亞專業(yè),，擅長(zhǎng)睪丸腫瘤,、陰莖癌規(guī)范化治療、腹腔鏡下前列腺癌根治術(shù),、腹股溝/盆腔淋巴清掃術(shù)等微創(chuàng)手術(shù),。

The work of the Department of Andrology of Renji Hospital and Shanghai Institute of Andrology began in the 1960s, which was one of the earliest clinical institutions in China. The Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau officially approved the establishment of the Shanghai Institute of Andrology in December 2001 after the efforts of several generations of experts and professors. It forms a clinical research institute that integrates clinical diagnosis and treatment of male healthy, and is also an Andrology clinical training base with perfect functions in China.
The Andrology Department of Renji Hospital is divided into four clinical sub-professional groups, including male infertility, sexual dysfunction, male genital plastic surgery and urethra reconstruction, male reproductive tumors and minimally invasive surgery. The clinical features include male fertility assessment, various types of male microsurgery, erectile dysfunction personalized treatment (low intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy, autologous stem cell therapy, penile prosthesis implantation etc.), male external genital and urethra regeneration and reconstruction, male reproductive tumors and minimally invasive surgery.
The construction and development of the Andrology Department of Renji Hospital insists on the concept of “training of talents, the specialization of sub-specialization, the synergy of clinical research and innovation, and the harmony of departmental culture is a lubricant”, striving to build a leading domestic and Asian first-class Andrology and clinical research center.
