科研方向/主要研究內(nèi)容

主要從事傳染病流行病學(xué)、慢性病流行病學(xué),、全球健康及全健康方面的研究,。重點(diǎn)關(guān)注嚴(yán)重威脅全球健康的呼吸道傳染病,,包括季節(jié)性流感和新型冠狀病毒,以及心臟代謝類疾病,、阿茲海默等疾病。運(yùn)用流行病學(xué)、地理信息學(xué),、傳染病建模、大數(shù)據(jù)和電子健康等多學(xué)科方法與技術(shù),,研究傳染病及慢性病的危險因素,、疾病負(fù)擔(dān)和病毒傳播動力學(xué)特征等。

Research Interest

Dr Lefei Han’s had seasoned experience in observational study and familiar with processing big data, longitudinal data, time-series data and geographic information. Her multidisciplinary research focuses on: 1) transmission, seasonality, epidemiology and clinical outcomes of respiratory infectious diseases; 2) the impact of public emergency on non-communicable diseases; 3) evaluate the complex interactions between ambient/household environmental exposure and human behavior on communicable/non-communicable diseases; 4) estimate the disease burden, prevalence and trend of non-communicable diseases.
