全健康科學(xué)/人獸共患病、耐藥控制

從事全健康科學(xué)人獸共患病方向和細(xì)菌耐藥控制研究,，對鉤端螺旋體病進(jìn)行了機(jī)制探究（Emerging microbes & infections, 2017; BMC infectious diseases, 2012;）開發(fā)的診斷試劑等相關(guān)技術(shù)已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化并產(chǎn)業(yè)化,；曾主持省部級課題3項,，發(fā)表研究論文30余篇,。主講五年制,、八年制臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)課程《病原生物學(xué)實驗》,，年均72學(xué)時,。承擔(dān)研究生入學(xué)安全教育和上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院成人教育學(xué)院的《實驗室生物安全》課程，年均8學(xué)時,。

搭建全健康公共技術(shù)與數(shù)據(jù)研究平臺,，為全健康科學(xué)研究提供硬件和軟件支持。
