The mission of the imaging facility at Shanghai Institute of Immunology is to provide the necessary instrumentation and technical support to acquire and analyze high-resolution images. Leica TCS SP8 confocal laser scanning microscope provides two dimensional fluorescence imaging, three dimensional fluorescence imaging, time resolved imaging, and is equipped for applications such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer analysis. Leica M125 stereomicroscope and Zeiss Axio Vert A1 fluorescence microscope support a variety of light microscopy techniques for routine imaging. |
