2015 SII Graduate Summer School - “Advancements on Immunology: from Bench to Bedside”

During the summer school, which lasted for 11 days, student participants had the opportunity to learn the latest advancements and techniques in immunology and related research areas. The summer school, through its activities such as oral and poster presentations and dinner with the experts, allowed students to have an intimate interactions and discussions with the experts. Students were encouraged to participate actively in the activities and awards were given to students who excels.
As the first institute that specializes in immunology research, Shanghai Institute of Immunology takes pride in the training of future immunologists, the building blocks of the advancement of immunology and clinical research. The summer school would not have been successful without strong support from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Graduate School and School of Medicine. We hope that these kinds of events would spark interests in the younger generation on immunology research and contribute to graduate education in Shanghai and China.
