Research Interests
The research in my laboratory is focused on taking full advantage of the multi-omics data in human cancer, including genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, to elucidate the molecular mechanism of human cancer and develop effective prognostic and therapeutic strategies, to provide sights into personalized or precision cancer therapy. In-depth research will be conducted in the following three directions. directions (1) Develop / Apply computational methods to analyze tumor multi-omics data to identify tumor disease markers and drug targets, and explore the mechanism of tumor occurrence and development. (2) Multi-omics based on tumor bulk tissues and single cells reveal immune characteristics related to tumor microenvironment to assist tumor immunotherapy. (3) Based on the pre- and post-treatment omics data of FDA-approved targeted drug therapy, establish an analysis model to screen the combination of adjuvant drugs with strong applicability, good curative effect, and small side effects with immunotherapy to improve the effect of immunotherapy.
