研究組長介紹
2010年本科畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),,2010-2015年在暨南大學(xué)粵港澳中樞神經(jīng)再生研究院完成博士訓(xùn)練,,2015-2020年在印第安納大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后工作,。2020.10年入職上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院“神經(jīng)再生與代謝”課題組長,。
與外周器官相比,,作為感覺,、運(yùn)動(dòng)和決策“司令部”的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的自我修復(fù)能力十分有限,。因此,,當(dāng)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)遭遇急性外傷,、慢性疾病及年齡等因素,會(huì)導(dǎo)致其不可逆的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷和功能障礙,。本課題組擬通過分子生物學(xué),、基因編輯、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)和代謝組學(xué)等多種技術(shù)方法,,深入解碼神經(jīng)再生修復(fù)過程中的遺傳,、表觀遺傳及分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制;解析再生微環(huán)境組份及其對(duì)修復(fù)再生的調(diào)控與機(jī)制,。相關(guān)成果以第一作者在Cell Metabolism, Nature Communications及Experimental Neurology等雜志發(fā)表,。
