黃傳新博士2007年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所,,在康奈爾大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院完成博士后訓(xùn)練,,于2015加入上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院/上海市免疫學(xué)研究所,,擔(dān)任課題組長(zhǎng)。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)锽淋巴細(xì)胞發(fā)育與惡變的轉(zhuǎn)錄和表觀遺傳學(xué)機(jī)制的研究,,為闡明自身免疫性疾病和B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤的發(fā)病機(jī)制提供新的理論根據(jù)及治療靶點(diǎn),。 最近幾年,在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)刊物如Nat Commun,,Cell Res, AJHG Autophagy和J Immunol等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表多篇通訊及共同通訊作者論文,。主持多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和上海市自然基金,及參與多項(xiàng)科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,。
研究方向
(1)抗體反應(yīng)過(guò)程中淋巴細(xì)胞分化和惡變的轉(zhuǎn)錄和表觀遺傳學(xué)機(jī)制;
(2)B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤的免疫治療,;
(3)抗體反應(yīng)異常和自身免疫學(xué)疾病,。
