肖澤宇,,上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院教授,博導(dǎo),,課題組長,。國家高層次青年人才計劃獲得者。北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部藥學(xué)院學(xué)士,;中國科學(xué)院化學(xué)所與美國佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士,;美國麻省理工學(xué)院與哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院癌癥納米交叉研究中心Robert Langer實驗室博士后;2015年起在上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院任現(xiàn)職至今。肖澤宇教授團隊長期致力于可視化藥物遞送領(lǐng)域的研究,,在Chem.Soc.Rev., Nature Comm. Angew.Chem., Nano Lett, ACS Nano等雜志發(fā)表論文40余篇,,總引用達(dá)4500多次,其中單篇引用>1000次1篇,、單篇引用>200次5篇,、單篇引用>100次7篇,3篇入選ESI高被引論文,。其中研發(fā)的1種可視化藥物載體已進入臨床試驗階段,。申請或授權(quán)國際專利2件、國內(nèi)專利1件,,參編英文專著3本,。研究成果多次被美國著名專業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)雜志C&E News, Science Daily,等轉(zhuǎn)載報道。曾獲哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院授予的哈佛大學(xué)生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域杰出研究工作獎,,美國癌癥研究協(xié)會授予的青年女性學(xué)者獎等,。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人主持科技部國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題1項、主持國家自然科學(xué)基金4項等,。
研究方向與進展 >>>
本團隊綜合運用化學(xué),、生物學(xué)、分子影像學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的技術(shù)和方法,,開發(fā)高靈敏度,、高選擇性、診治同步的“可視化藥物遞送體系”,,用于疾病診斷和治療的轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究,。具體內(nèi)容為:
1.基于活體光學(xué)影像的可視化遞送體系用于術(shù)中診斷和清除殘余微小腫瘤、逆轉(zhuǎn)靶向藥物耐藥,;
2.基于核醫(yī)學(xué)影像的可視化遞送體系用于腫瘤早期診斷,、靶向用藥指導(dǎo)及療效評估;
3.口服裸眼可視化遞送體系用于結(jié)腸部位疾病的早期診斷及治療,。
