孫序序,博士,,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。
2010年獲得上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院細(xì)胞生物學(xué)博士,。2010年至2012年曾在上海東方肝膽外科醫(yī)院及香港中文大學(xué)中藥研究所從事肝癌分子病理診斷及脂肪肝方面研究。2013年至2018年在美國(guó)德克薩斯大學(xué)西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心從事表觀遺傳調(diào)控肝再生與肝癌方面博士后研究工作?,F(xiàn)兼任中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)分會(huì)第六屆青年委員會(huì)委員,、中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員等。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Cell Stem Cell, Cancer Cell, EMBO J, Elife, Hepatology, Cell Reports等期刊上,。
研究方向與進(jìn)展
染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物是一類改變?nèi)旧|(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控基因表達(dá)的復(fù)合物,,這類復(fù)合物基因在腫瘤中存在廣泛突變,提示其抑癌基因作用,。課題組運(yùn)用基因編輯小鼠體內(nèi)模型,,分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)以及生物信息學(xué)等方法研究染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物表觀遺傳調(diào)控在腫瘤以及其他疾病中改變?nèi)旧|(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)及細(xì)胞行為的作用及分子機(jī)制,解析相關(guān)發(fā)病機(jī)理,。具體為:
(1)SWI/SNF染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物在肝癌中的分子機(jī)制研究,。
(2)SWI/SNF染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物突變對(duì)細(xì)胞分化重編程的作用研究。
(3)針對(duì)SWI/SNF復(fù)合物突變肝癌的靶向藥物研究,。
