研究組長介紹
孫序序,博士，研究員，博士生導師。
2010年獲得上海交通大學醫(yī)學院細胞生物學博士。2010年至2012年曾在上海東方肝膽外科醫(yī)院及香港中文大學中藥研究所從事肝癌分子病理診斷及脂肪肝方面研究。2013年至2018年在美國德克薩斯大學西南醫(yī)學中心從事表觀遺傳調控肝再生與肝癌方面博士后研究工作。現(xiàn)兼任中華醫(yī)學會醫(yī)學細胞生物學分會第六屆青年委員會委員、中國細胞生物學會會員等。相關研究成果發(fā)表在Cell Stem Cell, Cancer Cell, EMBO J, Elife, Hepatology, Cell Reports等期刊上。
研究方向與進展
染色質重塑復合物是一類改變染色質結構調控基因表達的復合物，這類復合物基因在腫瘤中存在廣泛突變，提示其抑癌基因作用。課題組運用基因編輯小鼠體內模型，分子細胞生物學以及生物信息學等方法研究染色質重塑復合物表觀遺傳調控在腫瘤以及其他疾病中改變染色質結構及細胞行為的作用及分子機制，解析相關發(fā)病機理。具體為:
（1）SWI/SNF染色質重塑復合物在肝癌中的分子機制研究。
（2）SWI/SNF染色質重塑復合物突變對細胞分化重編程的作用研究。
（3）針對SWI/SNF復合物突變肝癌的靶向藥物研究。
