童雪梅,,上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院研究員,,細(xì)胞代謝研究組長,,博士生導(dǎo)師。
2006年畢業(yè)于美國約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,,獲生物化學(xué)博士,。2006-2010年在美國賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院博士后期間開始細(xì)胞代謝領(lǐng)域研究。2010年起在上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院工作,,研究方向?yàn)槟[瘤,、脂肪肝和糖尿病等代謝性疾病的調(diào)控機(jī)制。在PNAS,、Genes & Development,、Cancer Research、Diabetes,、JBC等期刊發(fā)表SCI收錄通訊作者和第一作者論文多篇。國家優(yōu)青,、教育部 “新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”,、上海高層次人才、上海市青年科技啟明星等獲得者,。擔(dān)任中國抗癌協(xié)會腫瘤代謝專委會青委會副主任委員,。
研究方向與進(jìn)展
本研究組致力于研究腫瘤、脂肪肝和糖尿病等代謝性疾病的調(diào)控機(jī)制,。研究進(jìn)展包括以下兩方面:
1)研究包括轉(zhuǎn)酮醇酶(TKT)在內(nèi)的磷酸戊糖途徑(PPP)代謝酶在腫瘤和代謝性疾病中的作用和機(jī)制,;
2)研究Mondo家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子(MondoA和ChREBP)在腫瘤微環(huán)境代謝中的作用和機(jī)制。
