個人簡歷

陳磊研究員，基因組與微生物組學課題組組長。2010年獲得貝勒醫(yī)學院博士學位；2010-2014在圣路易斯華盛頓大學從事博士后研究；2014-2016在美國杰克遜基因組醫(yī)學實驗室擔任生物信息分析師;2016加入我院，任“基因組與微生物組學”課題組組長。陳磊課題組長期從事生物信息方面的研究工作，研究重點一方面是基因測序數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘與分析，另一方面是微生物組與疾病的研究,相關成果發(fā)表在Nature，Science，GenomeResearch 等雜志上。

研究方向

1.基因測序相關的生物信息學。

2.利用基因測序研究人體共生微生物群體，研究它們與人類慢性疾病的關系。

3.腸道微生態(tài)與免疫系統(tǒng)的相互作用。
