李勇,研究員,博導(dǎo)

1996-1999年就讀于徐州醫(yī)科大學(xué)并獲得碩士學(xué)位,2000-2003年就讀于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)并獲得博士學(xué)位。2003-2009年分別在美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院和阿拉巴馬大學(xué)伯明翰醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后研究。2009年加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,任“膜受體調(diào)控與疾病”研究組課題組長(zhǎng)。中國(guó)神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)離子通道與受體分會(huì)副主任委員,上海神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)神經(jīng)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)分會(huì)委員。相關(guān)研究工作發(fā)表于Neuron,Science Advances,Nature Communications,Cell Reports,Cell Death and Differentiation等本領(lǐng)域國(guó)際知名雜志,并擔(dān)任國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊Brain Behavior and Immunity, Frontiers in Pharmacology等編委。是香港求是研究生獎(jiǎng)及中國(guó)科學(xué)院首屆優(yōu)秀博士論文獲得者。






研究方向

我們主要研究的是蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后修飾(尤其關(guān)注SUMO化和去SUMO化修飾)在膜受體(或離子通道)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)與調(diào)控中的作用及其與重大神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的關(guān)系,致力于揭示重要膜受體轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和調(diào)控過(guò)程的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)、蛋白相互作用、調(diào)控機(jī)制及其生理學(xué)功能和病理學(xué)意義,探索針對(duì)膜受體功能異常的疾病防治策略。
