1998年7月畢業(yè)于廈門(mén)大學(xué),,獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,。2001年7月和2006年7月畢業(yè)于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院(原上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué))醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)專業(yè),,獲醫(yī)學(xué)碩士和醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2013年至2014年英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。

研究方向?yàn)槊庖哒{(diào)節(jié),,開(kāi)展移植免疫耐受和腫瘤免疫治療獲益人群的篩選的研究,。取得一系列發(fā)現(xiàn)和成果。先后主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(973計(jì)劃)子課題,,科技部863項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,,上海市重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等15項(xiàng)。作為通訊作者和共同作者在本領(lǐng)域列期刊和國(guó)際專業(yè)期刊等發(fā)表論文100余篇,,SCI論文50篇,,引用近500次。申請(qǐng)或授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),。
