研究方向

炎癥在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移等多個(gè)步驟中都起著至關(guān)重要的作用,。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室集中研究連接炎癥和腫瘤的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制,。從以下三個(gè)方面開展研究:1.闡述腫瘤細(xì)胞來(lái)源的信號(hào)如何調(diào)控其微環(huán)境中的免疫細(xì)胞和免疫反應(yīng);2.樹突狀細(xì)胞和調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞抗腫瘤免疫的機(jī)制,;3.探討調(diào)控腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移的免疫調(diào)控機(jī)制。我們長(zhǎng)期的目標(biāo)是開發(fā)治療免疫疾病和癌癥的藥物和新策略,。
