研究方向
炎癥在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展和轉移等多個步驟中都起著至關重要的作用。本實驗室集中研究連接炎癥和腫瘤的細胞和分子機制。從以下三個方面開展研究:1.闡述腫瘤細胞來源的信號如何調控其微環(huán)境中的免疫細胞和免疫反應;2.樹突狀細胞和調節(jié)性T細胞抗腫瘤免疫的機制;3.探討調控腫瘤轉移的免疫調控機制。我們長期的目標是開發(fā)治療免疫疾病和癌癥的藥物和新策略。
