本課題組圍繞代謝與免疫兩大系統(tǒng)在生理和病理狀態(tài)下相互作用的調控網(wǎng)絡進行研究, 在整體水平,聚焦免疫細胞尤其淋巴細胞對系統(tǒng)性代謝疾病如2型糖尿病的調控作用及臨床意義; 在細胞水平,,研究代謝因素以及胞內代謝通路對免疫細胞功能的影響和機理,。主要研究方向為:

1、探究肥胖誘導的胰島素抵抗免疫機制

2,、天然淋巴細胞ILC發(fā)育和功能的代謝調控機制
