個人簡歷
2007年畢業(yè)于南京大學生命科學學院，獲生物化學與分子生物學專業(yè)博士學位,；2008年底起在美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院癌癥研究所（NIH/NCI）進行博士后研究,，主要從事先天免疫調控腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展及腫瘤炎癥反應的分子機制研究。2016年至2020期間先后在美國國家兒童醫(yī)院（CNMC）腫瘤免疫研究中心,，及美國馬里蘭大學醫(yī)學院人類病毒研究所（UMBC/IHV）免疫治療中心擔任Staff scientist及副研究員,，從事癌癥免疫治療生物學相關機制及抗腫瘤免疫檢測點治療相關副作用（Immune-related adverse events, irAE）分子機理的研究。2020 年9 月加盟上海交通大學醫(yī)學院上海市免疫學研究所任課題組長,。相關研究成果發(fā)表于Blood, Cell Res, Science Immunol, Nature Immunol, Cancers, Mol Cell Endocrinol等國際期刊,。
研究方向
本實驗室的主要研究興趣集中在腫瘤免疫機理的探索及免疫治療的開發(fā)上,，專注于免疫細胞在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展及腫瘤殺傷中的作用及調控，從淋巴細胞和髓系細胞同時入手,，結合臨床抗體研究和人源化動物模型開發(fā),，通過研究腫瘤免疫（Tumor immunity）和自身免疫（Autoimmunity）的分子機理，開發(fā)安全有效的腫瘤免疫治療新抗體,，新藥物靶點,，新化合物及聯(lián)合療法。
科研項目
國家自然科學基金委員會面上項目,，通過靶向Treg解偶聯(lián)腫瘤免疫治療中自身免疫副作用的關鍵機制研究,，2021年1月至2024年12月，項目負責人,。
