研究方向
細胞骨架及相關(guān)細胞器(如中心體,、纖毛等)在形態(tài)維持、信號傳遞、細胞分裂,、細胞干性和分化、組織器官發(fā)育和穩(wěn)態(tài)維持等眾多生命活動中發(fā)揮著廣泛作用,,這些細胞器的異常往往伴隨著疾病的發(fā)生,。本實驗室主要使用人類遺傳學(xué)、動物模型,、細胞生物學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)等手段,,探討細胞骨架相關(guān)細胞器在生理和病理生理狀態(tài)下的調(diào)控方式及相關(guān)疾病的致病機理,并致力于開發(fā)疾病相關(guān)的治療方法,。
主要研究方向:
1.中心體和纖毛相關(guān)的人類遺傳疾病,。
2.細胞骨架如何在癌癥、再生和衰老等病理生理過程發(fā)揮作用,。
研究組長介紹
曹木青,,上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院病理生理學(xué)系PI、細胞分化與凋亡教育部重點實驗室PI,,獲得國自然優(yōu)青項目,、上海高校青年東方學(xué)者人才項目支持。主要關(guān)注細胞骨架相關(guān)細胞器在生理和病理生理過程中的調(diào)控方式和作用,,使用多種技術(shù)手段,,探討相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)病機理。獨立建組后,,以通訊作者(含共同通訊)在Genetics in Medicine(2021),、Nature Communications(2022,2023),、PLoS Biology(2023),、EMBO Reports(2023)等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表多篇研究論文。
