研究組長介紹
張晶,,2004年本科畢業(yè)于南開大學生命科學學院,,2009年于中國科學院上海研究生院獲得博士學位,先后在UC Berkley和西南醫(yī)學中心從事博士后研究,,2015年起在西南醫(yī)學中心擔任助理講師。2019年加盟上海交通大學醫(yī)學院基礎醫(yī)學院病理生理系擔任課題組長。2020年入選上海市浦江人才,,目前兼任上海市病理生理學會監(jiān)事會成員,。系列研究成果在Genes & Development、Haemotologica,、Oncogene等國際優(yōu)秀學術期刊,。
研究方向與進展
本課題組運用生物化學,分子和細胞生物學,,模式動物小鼠,,化合物篩選等手段研究氧化應激引起的細胞壞死的前沿重大問題,并探索延緩缺血性疾病,,纖維化疾病等的新方式,。主要包括以下方面:
(1)鐵死亡的發(fā)生機制以及對急性肝損傷的影響;
(2)一種新型的氧化應激壞死的機制探討以及對急性腎損傷的影響,。
