本課題組的主要研究興趣是細(xì)胞器應(yīng)激在疾病發(fā)生與組織再生中的功能及調(diào)控機(jī)制。我們的研究體系包括小鼠和人的造血干細(xì)胞,、白血病干細(xì)胞,;聚焦的科學(xué)問題包括線粒體應(yīng)激與造血干細(xì)胞再生以及白血病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,;內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)應(yīng)激與造血干細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定,;核仁應(yīng)激與造血及骨髓再生,;人類造血干細(xì)胞體外擴(kuò)增小分子藥物篩選及其衍生細(xì)胞產(chǎn)品開發(fā),。我們的研究對于各種惡性或非惡性血液系統(tǒng)相關(guān)疾病的治療具有重要意義,。
