王旭,博士,本科和碩士畢業(yè)于大連理工大學(xué),師從于生物化學(xué)專家彭孝軍院士。博士畢業(yè)于德國(guó)慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué),師從于歐洲著名分析化學(xué)家Reinhard Niessner教授。2017年到2021年為美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)助理研究員,合作導(dǎo)師為美國(guó)三院院士、Illumina創(chuàng)始人 David R. Walt 教授。王旭博士在 JACS、Chemical Science 等著名刊物發(fā)表多篇一作論文,并申請(qǐng)多項(xiàng)國(guó)際專利,擔(dān)任Frontiers in Chemistry客座副主編。
課題組致力于超靈敏檢測(cè)技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā),檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)、酶、核酸、小分子等疾病標(biāo)志物,并搭建配套的檢測(cè)儀器,用于癌癥、心血管疾病、神經(jīng)退行性疾病的早檢和診斷。
主要研究方向如下:
1.開(kāi)發(fā)超靈敏、高通量的單分子免疫分析檢測(cè)疾病標(biāo)志物
2.開(kāi)發(fā)超靈敏的方法檢測(cè)酶活性,并用于單細(xì)胞分析和藥物篩選
3.開(kāi)發(fā)新型熒光檢測(cè)方法,用于細(xì)胞和組織內(nèi)的蛋白質(zhì)、酶、RNA、活性氧等的成像
