課題組主要圍繞蛋白質(zhì)修飾在衰老,、肝臟代謝性疾病及腫瘤等發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及機(jī)制開(kāi)展研究,包括:糖脂代謝重塑對(duì)肝臟內(nèi)不同細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定及其在ALD,,NAFLDHCC中的病理生理學(xué)作用,;衰老及代謝重塑時(shí)組織器官間信息交流機(jī)制;同時(shí)研發(fā)相應(yīng)的生物標(biāo)記物檢測(cè)方法和相應(yīng)靶向治療手段,。
