上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院是國家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)“211”工程高校、“985”高校、及衛(wèi)生部與教育部合作共建的第一批十個重點(diǎn)高校中的一員。歷經(jīng)百余年的歷史積淀和六十七載的風(fēng)雨征程，交大醫(yī)學(xué)院逐漸發(fā)展成為一所優(yōu)勢特色明顯，師資力量雄厚，學(xué)術(shù)成績卓著，集醫(yī)、教、研以及社會服務(wù)全面發(fā)展的研究型醫(yī)學(xué)院。
組織胚胎學(xué)與遺傳發(fā)育學(xué)系組建于2017年6月。科研方面力求契合現(xiàn)代再生醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的新趨勢，著眼生殖醫(yī)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)、干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的研究，主要關(guān)注：（1）配子發(fā)生、受精相關(guān)機(jī)制；（2）遺傳性疾病的分子機(jī)理研究或利用遺傳學(xué)、基因組學(xué)等手段研究疾病發(fā)病機(jī)理；（3）干細(xì)胞/發(fā)育生物學(xué)，組織修復(fù)與再生，以及相關(guān)技術(shù)研發(fā)。鑒于系學(xué)科建設(shè)發(fā)展的需求，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外誠聘課題組長，熱忱歡迎優(yōu)秀專家、學(xué)者前來應(yīng)聘。
一、崗位要求：

3.具有良好的生殖醫(yī)學(xué)（生殖生物學(xué)）、醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)或干細(xì)胞/發(fā)育生物學(xué)的專業(yè)背景，研究成果突出，在生物醫(yī)藥相關(guān)領(lǐng)域頂尖學(xué)術(shù)期刊如Cell、Nature、Science及其主要子刊上發(fā)表系列論文或掌握國際領(lǐng)先的研究技術(shù)；
4.應(yīng)聘者能全職到崗開展工作。
二、待遇和支持條件：

Principal Investigator Position Openings
The Department of Histoembryology, Genetics and Developmental Biology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SJTUSM) was established in June, 2017, and is now seeking outstanding individuals for principal investigator positions.
The research in our department has mainly focused on the Reproductive Medicine, Medical Genetics, and Stem cell Biology,especially on（1）Mechanistic study on germ cell generation and fertilization,（2）Molecular basis dissection of genetic diseases or using genetic, genomic strategy to elucidate mechanism of diseases,（3）Stem cell/Developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and the development of stem cell-based cutting-edge technologies. In consideration of the discipline development, our department is seeking for outstanding individuals for principal investigator positions.
Requirements:
Applicants must:
(1) have a Ph.D. degree and an at least 5 years working experience in high level university aboard ;
(2) be better if under 40 years old;
(3) have sufficient research experience in Reproductive Medicine (Reproductive Biology), Medical Genetics, or Stem cell Biology to demonstrate his/her significant accomplishments;
(4) have published articles in the outstanding journals such as Cell, Nature, Science or their mainseries or have mastered world leading research techniques;
(5) have outstanding potential that fits the main research directions mentioned above;
(6) full-time working in SJTUSM.
