張良,,博士,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,,腫瘤化學(xué)生物學(xué)課題組組長,國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,,上海市高層次人才,,上海市曙光計劃資助者,上海交通大學(xué)唐立新優(yōu)秀學(xué)者獎獲得者,,上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院杰出員工,。主要從事癌癥相關(guān)的核酸與脂肪酸修飾調(diào)控分子機制研究和新藥發(fā)現(xiàn)工作。通過綜合運用化學(xué)生物學(xué),、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué),、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)和藥學(xué)等技術(shù)手段,尋找腫瘤在核酸表觀遺傳修飾調(diào)控,、核酸生物合成與代謝,、及脂肪酸生物合成與代謝途徑中的新靶標(biāo),闡明這些酶的分子作用新機制,、篩選靶向的抗腫瘤新藥物,。近年來在國際重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物(Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communications, Cell Research, Chemical Science, JACS, PNAS)上發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,他引2000余次,,獲得多項國際/國內(nèi)技術(shù)專利并成功商業(yè)化,。
