研究方向>>>

主要從事調(diào)控腫瘤免疫與T細(xì)胞免疫分子機(jī)制的研究,,鑒定腫瘤治療的重要分子靶標(biāo),為開發(fā)腫瘤治療藥物提供重要理論依據(jù),。我們將采用分子,、細(xì)胞和生化等多種技術(shù)手段,篩選參與調(diào)控腫瘤免疫的關(guān)鍵蛋白,,并通過基因敲除,、轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠以及不同腫瘤模型研究這些蛋白在腫瘤免疫與T細(xì)胞免疫過程中的功能與分子機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步與相應(yīng)的專家合作篩選基于特定蛋白的小分子抑制劑,,開發(fā)腫瘤治療藥物,。
