本研究組致力于戊糖代謝的生理功能和調(diào)控惡性腫瘤,、代謝綜合征等重大慢病的機(jī)制及應(yīng)用。

主要包括:

1. 通過(guò)研究包括轉(zhuǎn)酮醇酶TKT在內(nèi)的戊糖代謝酶的生理和病理功能,,闡明戊糖代謝調(diào)控重大慢病的機(jī)制和應(yīng)用。

2. 研究Mondo家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子(MondoAChREBP)調(diào)控免疫細(xì)胞和腫瘤細(xì)胞糖代謝的機(jī)制和應(yīng)用,。

2006年獲美國(guó)約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,之后在美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院腫瘤生物學(xué)系進(jìn)行博士后研究,20105月加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)和細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)系擔(dān)任細(xì)胞代謝課題組長(zhǎng),。研究方向?yàn)槲焯谴x的生理功能和調(diào)控惡性腫瘤,、代謝綜合征等重大慢病的機(jī)制及應(yīng)用。在Cell Metabolism,、Nature Metabolism,、GastroenterologyNature Immunology,、Cancer Research,、Diabetes等期刊發(fā)表SCI收錄最后通訊和共同通訊作者論文多篇。國(guó)家杰青,、優(yōu)青,、教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”,、上海高層次人才、上海市青年科技啟明星,、上海市育才獎(jiǎng),、上海交通大學(xué)“教書(shū)育人獎(jiǎng)”一等獎(jiǎng)等獲得者。擔(dān)任中國(guó)抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤代謝專(zhuān)委會(huì)常委,。目前負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)和面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
