上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院特聘教授,、博士生導(dǎo)師,，上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院上海免疫學(xué)研究所副所長，余?學(xué)者,，國家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者,。

2001年獲得北京大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，2001年至2009年于美國賓西法尼亞大學(xué)和英國牛津大學(xué)任職博士后,、研究訪問學(xué)者,、高級研究助理。2009-2016年任中科院上海巴斯德研究所研究員,，2016年任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院特聘教授,。同時目前還任中國醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)協(xié)會精準醫(yī)療分會常務(wù)委員，中國細胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會免疫細胞生物學(xué)分會副會長,，中華醫(yī)學(xué)生物免疫學(xué)會基礎(chǔ)免疫學(xué)分會副主任委員,，中華預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會生物安全與防護裝備分會青年委員會副主任委員等職。

長期從事調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究,，近年來在炎癥條件下Treg細胞功能穩(wěn)定性,，T細胞分化關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄因子和廣譜宿主因子的翻譯后修飾及其相關(guān)酶類的活性調(diào)節(jié)等方面取得了突出成績。李斌課題組近年來在國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物如《Immunity》,、《Nat Commun》、《PNAS》,、《Cell Rep》和《J Biol Chem.》等發(fā)表論文50余篇, 其中作為通訊及共同通訊作者33篇,。申請相關(guān)發(fā)明專利項，已獲批發(fā)明專利項,。近五年來先后主持科技部國家重點基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計劃“遺傳變異調(diào)控AS自身免疫紊亂的分子機制研究”（已結(jié)題）,，國家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金“免疫學(xué)”（在研），國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目“炎癥因子對FOXP3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞分化與功能的動態(tài)影響及其機理研究”（已結(jié)題）,，國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目“FOXP3蛋白泛素化與去泛素化修飾調(diào)控Treg細胞功能的機理研究”（已結(jié)題）等,。
