張鵬,上海市海外高層次人才,,現(xiàn)任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)系課題組長/研究員,,曾在弗吉尼亞大學(xué)擔(dān)任研究科學(xué)家職位,主要研究方向是神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中的突觸調(diào)控,,在全細(xì)胞電生理記錄技術(shù)和高分辨熒光成像技術(shù)具有豐富的經(jīng)驗,,近十年主要在以下三個方向開展研究:1) 開發(fā)腦科學(xué)研究新工具,即新型可遺傳編碼的神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)熒光探針,,申請人作為共同第一作者開發(fā)了乙酰膽堿(Acetylcholine, ACh)熒光探針GACh2.0 (Nature Biotechnology, 2018)iAChSnFR (BioRxiv, 2020),,以共同作者參與開發(fā)了去甲腎上腺素(Norepinephrine, NE)探針GRABNE(Neuron, 2019)和血清素(Serotonin, 5-HT)探針GRAB5HT(Nature Neuroscience, 2021)2) 借助前沿新技術(shù)探究突觸傳遞的調(diào)節(jié)機制,申請人作為共同第一作者利用靶向遞送方法和多通道全細(xì)胞膜片鉗記錄技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)Ras通過內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)和脂質(zhì)筏激活長時程增強信號通路,,而Rap2Rap1分別通過主體膜和溶酶體激活去增強和長時程抑制信號通路(Neuron, 2018),;3) 申請人博士期間,以第一作者身份揭示了一氧化氮(NO)信號通路調(diào)控突觸發(fā)育和突觸傳遞的分子機制(Journal of Neuroscience, 2010; Nature Communications, 2015),。申請者迄今已發(fā)表SCI論文12篇,,第一作者5篇。論文總引650余次,,h-index=11.并獲得阿爾茲海默協(xié)會博后基金三年經(jīng)費資助17.5萬美元,,國自然青年基金資助24萬,上海市地方高水平項目14萬,。此外,,還擔(dān)任Frontiers in Cellular Neurosciecne, Journal of Molecular Neuroscience, Stem Cells Translational Medicine, Molecular Biology Reports等多個期刊審稿人。
