研究方向>>>

主要從事線粒體和衰老的分子機制研究,利用蛋白質組學的方法研究線粒體蛋白動態(tài)變化及其與衰老及相關疾病的關系,。主要關注衰老和相關疾病中線粒體蛋白水平修飾(包括乙?;㈢牾,;脱趸龋€粒體功能的調節(jié)和反向信號傳導的影響?,F(xiàn)階段主要包括以下幾個課題方向:

1.線粒體過氧化物介導的反向信號傳導與衰老和細胞死亡

2.酮戊二酸脫氫酶特異性伴侶素蛋白的功能及其與疾病的關系

3.線粒體-細胞器互作的蛋白網絡

4.線粒體代謝與癌癥耐藥

楊文,博士,,博士生導師,。2010年獲得加拿大麥吉爾大學博士學位,2011-2017年于美國哈佛大學醫(yī)學院從事博士后研究,。2017年加入生化與分子細胞生物學系,,擔任研究員。課題組聚焦線粒體代謝與衰老相關研究,。近年來以第一作者在國際重要學術刊物(Cell, PLOS Biology)上發(fā)表SCI論文,,他引超過700次。曾獲Charles A. King fellowship Award,。
