李兵,,博士導(dǎo)師,,上海市海外高層次人才專家。1994年本科畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)生物學(xué)院,,1997年獲北京大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,,2002年獲賓夕法尼亞州立大學(xué)生物化學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,隨后在美國斯托瓦斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所Dr. Jerry Workman實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后研究,。2008年任美國德克薩斯大學(xué)西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心助理教授,,WA "Tex" Moncrief講席學(xué)者。2017年加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院,,任生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)系主任,,學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,。課題組長期致力于染色質(zhì)生物學(xué)和基因表達(dá)調(diào)控的基礎(chǔ)研究,, 近年來聚焦于癌癥表觀遺傳學(xué)基礎(chǔ)及轉(zhuǎn)化型研究,以及早期胚胎發(fā)育調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制的探究,。突出的科學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)主要包括首次發(fā)現(xiàn)組蛋白H3K36甲基化調(diào)控途徑并闡明其分子調(diào)控機(jī)理,,組蛋白變種及染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的研究。在Science,,Nature,,CellGenes & Development,,Molecular Cell Nature Structure & Molecular Biology 等發(fā)表50余篇論文,,被引用超過12000次,。曾獲得美國March of Dimes基金會(huì)Basil OConnor Scholar Research Award,,賓州州立大學(xué)保羅伯格分子生物學(xué)獎(jiǎng),Braucher scholarshipBraddock Graduate Fellowship等榮譽(yù),。長期作為Cell,,Molecular CellNature Chemical Biology, Nature CommunicationPNAS 等雜志的審稿人,,并應(yīng)邀在國際大會(huì)和學(xué)術(shù)講座上發(fā)言70余次,。迄今主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和面上項(xiàng)目,并作為子課題組長負(fù)責(zé)科技部國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,。
