自身免疫病和腫瘤的發(fā)生機(jī)制及免疫干預(yù),重點(diǎn)探索細(xì)胞因子和調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞在自身免疫病發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及腫瘤微環(huán)境中免疫細(xì)胞與腫瘤細(xì)胞的互作機(jī)制,并通過對(duì)自身免疫病等動(dòng)物模型有良好療效的天然產(chǎn)物直接靶標(biāo)的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)疾病治療新靶點(diǎn),研究治療新策略。

聶紅,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,課題組長(zhǎng)。1993年、1996年、2004年分別獲上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位、碩士學(xué)位、博士學(xué)位。1996年起任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院助教、助研、副研究員、研究員,2016年起任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院上海市免疫學(xué)研究所課題組長(zhǎng),長(zhǎng)期從事自身免疫病發(fā)病機(jī)制與免疫干預(yù)策略研究,在小分子化合物治療自身免疫病的機(jī)制研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)新的治療靶點(diǎn),近年來(lái)開展腫瘤發(fā)生機(jī)制及治療新靶點(diǎn)探索。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等科研項(xiàng)目,參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題,研究成果發(fā)表在TheranosticsImmunologyNature Medicine等雜志。
