研究方向>>>

梁啟明課題組主要研究微生物與宿主的相互作用,。以新發(fā)病毒(寨卡病毒,、新冠病毒等)和腫瘤病毒(KSHV、EBV等)為主,,應(yīng)用蛋白質(zhì)組學,、病毒反向遺傳學和動物感染模型等方法,系統(tǒng)地鑒定病毒的宿主靶點以及免疫逃逸和致病的分子機制,,并以此為基礎(chǔ)進行小分子藥物篩選和減毒疫苗的開發(fā),。

2011年獲得佛羅里達州立大學博士學位;2012-2016在南加利福尼亞大任助理研究員,。2016年加入我院,,任“病毒與天然免疫相互作用”課題組長。研究主要集中在病毒與宿主天然免疫系統(tǒng)的相互作用上,,并以寨卡病毒(Zika virus)和卡波氏肉瘤相關(guān)皰疹病毒(KSHV)為模式病毒,,系統(tǒng)性地研究其對機體天然免疫系統(tǒng)的逃逸和反制機制,以及致病的分子機理,。相關(guān)成果發(fā)表在Cell Stem Cell, Cell Host & Microbe, Journal of Virology等雜志,。2015年獲得美國白血病和淋巴瘤學會Special Fellow, 2016年入選上海市高層次人才,2017年入選上海市青年科技啟明星計劃(A類),, 2018 年入選上海市衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀青年人才培養(yǎng)計劃,。
