1.闡明巨噬細(xì)胞如何通過調(diào)控基質(zhì)細(xì)胞的活化來影響局部的免疫反應(yīng);

2.揭示組織中調(diào)控巨噬細(xì)胞炎性基因表達(dá)的新機制,,這些局部的炎癥反應(yīng)在介導(dǎo)組織損傷及腫瘤發(fā)生方面至關(guān)重要,。

期待我們的工作為理解免疫反應(yīng)的精細(xì)調(diào)控以及相應(yīng)的免疫治療開發(fā)提供新的視角。
