本課題組主要通過(guò)高通量測(cè)序技術(shù),, 結(jié)合遺傳學(xué),、免疫學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)研究方法,探索抗體多樣化過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制,。相關(guān)研究成果以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表于Cell,、PNASCell Discov等學(xué)術(shù)期刊,。課題組主要圍繞以下三個(gè)方面開(kāi)展研究:尋找抗病毒廣譜高效中和抗體進(jìn)化過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵限速步驟,;建立人源化小鼠模型研究廣譜中和抗體產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制;自身免疫抗體產(chǎn)生及自身免疫疾病發(fā)生的機(jī)制,。
