本課題組主要通過高通量測序技術(shù), 結(jié)合遺傳學、免疫學和生物信息學研究方法,探索抗體多樣化過程產(chǎn)生的機制。相關(guān)研究成果以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表于CellPNASCell Discov等學術(shù)期刊。課題組主要圍繞以下三個方面開展研究:尋找抗病毒廣譜高效中和抗體進化過程中的關(guān)鍵限速步驟;建立人源化小鼠模型研究廣譜中和抗體產(chǎn)生的機制;自身免疫抗體產(chǎn)生及自身免疫疾病發(fā)生的機制。
