研究方向
多年來集中研究多能干細胞,尤其是人胚胎干細胞,在體外增殖和分化的調(diào)控機制,致力于揭示維持胚胎干細胞無限自我更新的信號通路、轉(zhuǎn)錄因子和表觀遺傳調(diào)控因子等,旨在優(yōu)化人胚胎干細胞的體外培養(yǎng)體系。同時,還關(guān)注人胚胎干細胞如何定向分化為神經(jīng)細胞,尤其是如何形成神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)不同區(qū)域的神經(jīng)祖細胞,為獲得臨床疾病治療需要的功能細胞奠定基礎(chǔ)。
個人簡歷
金穎,研究員,博士生導師。中國醫(yī)學科學院/北京協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學研究所病理生理學/藥理學博士,美國北德克薩斯州大學健康科學中心Research Associate (1988-1994),美國德克薩斯大學西南醫(yī)學中心Research Fellow (1994-1998)。上海交通大學特聘教授,上海交通大學基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學院特聘教授,中國科學院上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所課題組長。上海曙光學者、中國科學院“百人計劃”、第二屆百名華僑華人專業(yè)人士杰出創(chuàng)業(yè)獎、上海市優(yōu)秀學科帶頭人、上海市“三八”紅旗手、上海市領(lǐng)軍人才、上海交通大學優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、中國科學院“朱李月華優(yōu)秀教師”、杰出研究員及CSSCR醉心科學優(yōu)秀科普工作者等榮譽獲得者。主要研究方向為多能干細胞命運決定的分子調(diào)控。先后任J Biol Chem雜志編委,Stem Cell Research and Therapy雜志編委,《上海交通大學學報(醫(yī)學版)》編委,《中華細胞與干細胞雜志》副主編,國際干細胞研究學會(ISSCR)會員、干細胞研究和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化指南更新任務(wù)組成員(2014年-2016年),上海市細胞生物學學會理事,中國細胞生物學學會細胞信號轉(zhuǎn)導分會委員,中國細胞生物學學會干細胞生物學分會副會長等。在Cell Stem Cell、Cell Res、Dev Cell、J Clin Invest和PNAS等學術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表通訊作者論文70余篇,先后獲得教育部自然科學獎二等獎、上海市科學技術(shù)獎二等獎和三等獎、中國干細胞研究創(chuàng)新獎及第十八屆上海醫(yī)學科技獎。金穎課題組的實驗室開放日活動也獲得中國細胞生物學學會全國聯(lián)動實驗室開放日科普活動優(yōu)秀獎并入選“2021年全國科普日優(yōu)秀活動名單”。
