研究方向與進(jìn)展>>>

本課題組運(yùn)用生物化學(xué),分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué),,模式動(dòng)物小鼠,,化合物篩選等手段研究氧化應(yīng)激引起的細(xì)胞壞死的前沿重大問(wèn)題,并探索延緩缺血性疾病,,纖維化疾病等的新方式。主要包括以下方面:

1)鐵死亡的發(fā)生機(jī)制以及對(duì)急性肝損傷的影響;

2)一種新型的氧化應(yīng)激壞死的機(jī)制探討以及對(duì)急性腎損傷的影響,。

張晶,2004年本科畢業(yè)于南開(kāi)大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,,2009年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海研究生院獲得博士學(xué)位,,先后在UC Berkley和西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心從事博士后研究,2015年起在西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心擔(dān)任助理講師,。2019年加盟上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院病理生理系擔(dān)任課題組長(zhǎng),。2020年入選上海市浦江人才,目前兼任上海市病理生理學(xué)會(huì)監(jiān)事會(huì)成員,。系列研究成果在Genes & Development,、HaemotologicaOncogene等國(guó)際優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)期刊,。
