王旭,,博士,本科和碩士畢業(yè)于大連理工大學(xué),師從于生物化學(xué)專家彭孝軍院士,。博士畢業(yè)于德國慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué),,師從于歐洲著名分析化學(xué)家Reinhard Niessner教授,。2017年到2021年為美國哈佛大學(xué)助理研究員,,合作導(dǎo)師為美國三院院士、Illumina創(chuàng)始人 David R. Walt 教授,。王旭博士在 JACS,、Chemical Science 等著名刊物發(fā)表多篇一作論文,,并申請多項(xiàng)國際專利,擔(dān)任Frontiers in Chemistry客座副主編,。

課題組致力于超靈敏檢測技術(shù)的開發(fā),,檢測蛋白質(zhì)、酶,、核酸,、小分子等疾病標(biāo)志物,并搭建配套的檢測儀器,,用于癌癥,、心血管疾病,、神經(jīng)退行性疾病的早檢和診斷,。


主要研究方向如下:

1.開發(fā)超靈敏、高通量的單分子免疫分析檢測疾病標(biāo)志物

2.開發(fā)超靈敏的方法檢測酶活性,,并用于單細(xì)胞分析和藥物篩選

3.開發(fā)新型熒光檢測方法,,用于細(xì)胞和組織內(nèi)的蛋白質(zhì)、酶,、RNA,、活性氧等的成像
