研究方向

課題組致力于超靈敏檢測技術(shù)的開發(fā),檢測蛋白質(zhì)、酶、核酸、小分子等疾病標(biāo)志物,并開發(fā)配套的檢測設(shè)備,用于感染性疾病、癌癥和神經(jīng)退行性疾病的精確診斷。

主要研究方向如下:

1.開發(fā)新型單分子免疫檢測技術(shù),檢測蛋白、核小體和外泌體等生物標(biāo)志物,基于機器學(xué)習(xí)算法構(gòu)建診斷模型,用于液體活檢。

2.開發(fā)高靈敏、高通量的方法和設(shè)備,檢測病原基因和耐藥基因,以及腫瘤相關(guān)基因,用于分子診斷。

3.開發(fā)新型多重?zé)晒獬上穹椒ǎ糜诩毎徒M織內(nèi)的蛋白、DNA/RNA、酶等的原位成像,結(jié)合深度學(xué)習(xí)算法提取特征,用于病理診斷。


個人簡歷
  上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院研究員、課題組長、博士生導(dǎo)師,國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項目(海外)獲得者、國家重點研發(fā)計劃首席青年科學(xué)家。本科和碩士畢業(yè)于大連理工大學(xué),博士畢業(yè)于德國慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué),師從于歐洲著名分析化學(xué)家Reinhard Niessner教授。2017年到2021年為美國哈佛大學(xué)助理研究員,合作導(dǎo)師為美國國家技術(shù)創(chuàng)新獎獲得者David R. Walt院士。專注于超靈敏檢測技術(shù)的開發(fā),檢測核酸、蛋白質(zhì)和小分子等生物標(biāo)志物,并開發(fā)相應(yīng)的檢測儀器,用于感染性疾病、癌癥和神經(jīng)退行性疾病的精確診斷。在JACSChemical ScienceSignal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃、上海市科委和衛(wèi)健委等科研項目。
