陳紅專,，現任上海交通大學醫(yī)學院副院長，二級教授,，博士生導師,，藥物研究所所長，基礎醫(yī)學院“化學生物學和系統藥理學”課題組長（PI），上海交通大學醫(yī)學院-中國科學院神經科學所腦疾病研究中心主任,，上海市轉化醫(yī)學協同創(chuàng)新中心主任,，上海市高校系統藥理學重點實驗室主任，上海市“藥學”一流學科帶頭人,。 1983年7月畢業(yè)于浙江大學醫(yī)學院（原浙江醫(yī)科大學）臨床醫(yī)學本科,，獲醫(yī)學學士學位。1983年9月和1990年2月畢業(yè)于上海交通大學醫(yī)學院（原上海第二醫(yī)科大學）藥理學研究生,，獲醫(yī)學碩士和醫(yī)學博士學位,。1993年至1995年法國國立健康與衛(wèi)生研究院（INSERM）神經生物學博士后研究。1998年至1999年法國里昂第一大學臨床藥理學和臨床試驗設計高級訪問學者,。 擔任國務院學科評議組成員,、國家藥品審評專家、國家自然科學基金委二審專家,、中國神經藥理學常委理事,、上海市藥理學會名譽理事長、上海市藥學會副理事長,、上海市藥學會藥理專業(yè)委員會主任和新藥臨床評價專業(yè)委員會顧問,、上海市學位委員會（藥學）召集人等，同時擔任國際著名專業(yè)期刊Mol Pharmacol,、CNS Neuroscience and Therapeutics,、Acta Pharmacol Sin等編委和上海交通大學學報（醫(yī)學版）執(zhí)行主編等。現為上海市人大常委,、上海市人大教科文衛(wèi)委員會委員,、浦東新區(qū)人大副主任；民盟上海市委副主委,、民盟浦東新區(qū)主委,；上海市第三檢察院特邀監(jiān)督員。 在同事們和國內外合作者共同努力下,，膽堿受體藥理學和神經退行性病新藥研究,；納米腦靶向和腫瘤靶向治療的藥理學研究；新藥臨床試驗和臨床藥學等領域取得一系列創(chuàng)新發(fā)現和成果,。先后主持國家重點基礎研究發(fā)展計劃（973計劃）課題,，國家“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項，科技部國際合作項目和國家自然科學基金,，上海市重點和國際合作項目等30余項,。作為通訊作者和共同作者在Nature系列期刊和國際藥學專業(yè)期刊等發(fā)表SCI論文200余篇，引用近3000次,。申請或授權國際和國家發(fā)明專利20余項.獲國家教育部科技進步一等獎,、教育部自然科學二等獎、中華醫(yī)學獎二等獎、上?？萍歼M步獎一等獎各1項,、上海醫(yī)學科技獎二等獎2項、上海市優(yōu)秀學科帶頭人,。完成國內外藥廠新藥如氯雷他定,、左甲狀腺素鈉（優(yōu)甲樂）、氨氯地平,、西他普蘭,、N乙酰半胱氨酸等臨床前評價、生物等效性和I期臨床研究10余項,，自主開發(fā)新藥專利許可轉讓1項,。 主編或副主編《臨床藥理學教程》、《藥理學》,、《藥理學前沿》,、《臨床用藥大全》、《生物醫(yī)學科研基本知識和技能》教材或專著等7部,。獲國家級教學成果獎特等獎1項,、全國優(yōu)秀醫(yī)藥教材一等獎、上海市教委教學成果獎二等獎1項,、上海市研究生優(yōu)秀成果(導師)2項,。獲全國優(yōu)秀教師、國家教委優(yōu)秀青年教師基金,、國家教委寶鋼教育基金會優(yōu)秀教師獎,、國家教委霍英東教育基金會青年教師獎、上海市優(yōu)秀青年教師,、上海交通大學校長獎,、上海交通大學醫(yī)學院院長獎、瑞金醫(yī)院紅燭獎等,。享受國務院政府特殊津貼,。
