張良,博士,,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,腫瘤化學(xué)生物學(xué)課題組組長(zhǎng),,國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,上海市曙光學(xué)者,,上海交通大學(xué)唐立新優(yōu)秀學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)獲得者,,上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院杰出員工。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要致力于腫瘤相關(guān)分子調(diào)控機(jī)制研究和先導(dǎo)藥物發(fā)現(xiàn),。通過(guò)綜合運(yùn)用化學(xué)生物學(xué),、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、代謝組學(xué)和藥學(xué)等技術(shù)手段,,闡明人體細(xì)胞中核酸表觀遺傳調(diào)控(DNA/RNA甲基化-去甲基化)、脂肪酸和核苷酸在細(xì)胞內(nèi)合成過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵酶的分子機(jī)制,,明確其在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中的作用和調(diào)控機(jī)制,,并建立高通量實(shí)體藥物篩選體系,,篩選靶向性抗腫瘤先導(dǎo)藥物。近年來(lái)以通訊作者在化學(xué)生物學(xué)國(guó)際旗艦學(xué)術(shù)刊物(Nature Chemical Biology,、Nature Communications,、Cell Research、Chemical Science,、PNAS,、Elife等)上發(fā)表一系列SCI論文,獲得并轉(zhuǎn)化多項(xiàng)國(guó)際/美國(guó)/國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利,。
