一、 PI介紹
Principal investigator

殷堃,,研究員,,上海市海外高層次人才。2016年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院大學(xué),。2016-2021年分別在俄亥俄州立大學(xué),、賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)與康尼狄格大學(xué)擔(dān)任博士后研究員。主持了一系列新型,、快速,、超靈敏、高通量分析診斷技術(shù)及傳染性疾病移動(dòng)互聯(lián)智能檢測(cè)平臺(tái)的開發(fā)研究,。目前已發(fā)表SCI論文,、IEEE會(huì)議論文30余篇,其中在Chemical Engineering Journal(IF = 13.273),、Theranostics(IF = 11.556),、Water Research(IF = 11.236)、Biosensors and Bioelectronics(IF = 10.618),、Analytical Chemistry(IF = 6.986),、Lab on a Chip(IF = 6.799)中科院一區(qū)期刊上以第一作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文11篇,影響因子10以上論文6篇,,被他引1000余次,。此外以通訊作者出版學(xué)術(shù)專著2部,獲授權(quán)中國發(fā)明專利8項(xiàng),。曾獲得“中國科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)特別獎(jiǎng)”,、“中國科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀博士生論文”等榮譽(yù)。
Professor Kun Yin obtained a Ph.D. degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Ohio State University, University of Pennsylvania and University of Connecticut, respectively between 2016-2021. His research interests focus on the development of novel, fast, ultra-sensitive, high-throughput analysis and diagnosis technologies and mobile Internet intelligent detection platform for infectious disease diagnosis. He has published more than 30 SCI papers and IEEE conference papers in total. Prof. Yin has published 11 SCI papers including Chemical Engineering Journal (IF = 13.273), Theranostics (IF = 11.556), Water Research (IF = 11.236), Biosensors and Sensors, Analytical Chemistry (IF = 6.986), and Lab on a Chip (IF = 6.799) as the first author. In addition, Prof. Yin has published two books as the corresponding author and has been authorized 8 Chinese invention patents. He has selected as "Special Award of President of Chinese Academy of Sciences" and "Excellent Doctoral Thesis of Chinese Academy of Sciences".

Introduction
生物傳感與環(huán)境健康課題組主要在人類與環(huán)境界面上進(jìn)行生物安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控與治理體系建設(shè),,提高國家生物安全治理能力,切實(shí)保護(hù)國民生命健康安全,。主要的研究方向?yàn)椴≡⑸餀z測(cè),、抗生素耐藥防控等。目前,,環(huán)境健康與生態(tài)安全系承擔(dān)國家級(jí),、部委級(jí),、校級(jí)等多項(xiàng)研究項(xiàng)目,在研經(jīng)費(fèi)近300萬,。研究組成員包括:胡沁沁,、修樂山。
Biosensing and Environmental Health research group focuses on biosafety risk prevention, control and management system construction at the human-environment interface, improves national biosafety management capacity, and effectively protects health safety of citizens. The research mainly focus on infectious disease diagnosis, antibiotic resistance prevention, etc. At present, the Department of Environmental Health and Ecological Security is in charge of a number of national, ministerial, university-level research projects, with nearly 3 million research funds. Members include Qin-qin Hu and Le-shan Xiu.
