研究概述
徐天樂(lè)教授,,上海交通大學(xué)特聘教授,,國(guó)家杰青和教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者。長(zhǎng)期致力于離子通道與感覺(jué),、記憶以及情緒情感的機(jī)制研究,,重點(diǎn)圍繞酸敏感離子通道ASIC3和ASIC1a的作用機(jī)制,、異常規(guī)律和新型干預(yù),取得一系列創(chuàng)新成果,。在微觀層面,,以闡述神經(jīng)細(xì)胞信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機(jī)制及其生理功能為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)研究ASICs在突觸可塑性以及學(xué)習(xí)記憶等認(rèn)知功能中的作用機(jī)制,,探索腦卒中,、慢性痛及其相關(guān)情感障礙中,離子通道和神經(jīng)信號(hào)異常調(diào)控規(guī)律和新型干預(yù),。在介觀層面,,從“記憶印跡”的視角研究情緒情感演化及與認(rèn)知互作的神經(jīng)環(huán)路機(jī)制,揭示“情緒(如恐懼,、快樂(lè))-情感-共情”及其與注意,、記憶和社交行為等相互作用的長(zhǎng)程與局部環(huán)路機(jī)制,開(kāi)發(fā)精準(zhǔn)的神經(jīng)調(diào)控新技術(shù),。以通訊作者在Neuron,、Nat Commun、Natl Sci Rev,、Mol Psychiatry,、Sci Adv、Brain,、eLife,、Cell Rep、J Neurosci等國(guó)際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文50余篇,,他引5000余次,。系列成果《酸敏感離子通道的生物學(xué)功能、工作原理和病理意義》,,獲上海市自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(2019),。并獲張香桐神經(jīng)科學(xué)青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng),談家楨生命科學(xué)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)等,。在人才培養(yǎng)方面,,畢業(yè)生已有17人在國(guó)內(nèi)、外知名高校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)任職獨(dú)立PI,。
