研究概述
課題組長簡介:
張濤,獨立PI,,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師。2007年7月畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系,,獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,。2013年1月畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2013年1月-2015年11月,,任中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所助理研究員。2015年12月-2023年4月在美國哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后訓(xùn)練,。2023年5月入職上海交通大學(xué)松江研究院,。張濤博士從事研究RIPK1的調(diào)控機(jī)制及其生理病理功能,,相關(guān)成果以第一作者發(fā)表在Science,Nature Cell Biology,Nature Communications和eLife等期刊。
研究方向介紹
細(xì)胞死亡和炎癥是神經(jīng)退行性疾病發(fā)生和發(fā)展的兩個極為重要的因素,,而受體互作蛋白RIPK1是調(diào)控細(xì)胞死亡和炎癥的關(guān)鍵激酶,。RIPK1的激活是促進(jìn)細(xì)胞程序性壞死(Necroptosis)和 RIPK1激酶依賴性凋亡(RIPK1-dependent apoptosis) 以及炎癥發(fā)生的重要上游機(jī)制。近年來的多項研究表明RIPK1介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞死亡和炎癥在人類疾病中發(fā)揮著重要作用,,尤其在神經(jīng)退行性疾病中發(fā)現(xiàn)RIPK1的活化與神經(jīng)細(xì)胞死亡,、神經(jīng)炎癥發(fā)生及病理變化密切相關(guān)。課題組將綜合利用包括細(xì)胞生物學(xué),,遺傳學(xué),,結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)等各種實驗手段,和各種疾病小鼠模型進(jìn)一步探究RIPK1的調(diào)控機(jī)制及其生理病理功能,。
