摘要：
人工智能正在成為新的電力，像100年前電力改變了世界，人工智能也正在給世界帶來巨變,。插上人工智能的翅膀，智慧醫(yī)學(xué)即將革新醫(yī)學(xué)研究的方方面面，加速醫(yī)學(xué)研究的深度廣度，取得革命性的突破,。我們做了些初步的探索，在蛋白質(zhì)折疊,，精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療,，疾病篩查及藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)等方面取得了一些令人興奮的結(jié)果。
專家簡介：
李曉林 教授
李曉林博士目前是美國公立名校佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)（公立排名前十）的終身正教授(Tenured Full
Professor),、校級教授(University Term
Professor),，美國國家科學(xué)基金大學(xué)習(xí)研究中心全美中心主任。牽頭打造NSF首個深度學(xué)習(xí)中心（NSF Center for Big
Learning）,，聯(lián)合佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué),，卡內(nèi)基梅隴大學(xué),，俄勒岡大學(xué),，密蘇里大學(xué)的80多位知名教授，及30多家世界頂級人工智能公司,。獲得美國國家科學(xué)基金會杰出青年教授獎(NSF
CAREER Award),，未來網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用獎，NSF I-Corps最佳創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊獎,，CAGI
公開賽最佳團(tuán)隊DeepBipolar,，四篇最佳論文獎，多項專利及授權(quán),。發(fā)表了五本書及100余篇論文,。
主要研究方向：深度學(xué)習(xí)、云計算、大數(shù)據(jù),、精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療,、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
Dr. Xiaolin (Andy) Li is a Professor and University Term
Professor in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
(ECE) and Department of Computer & Information Science &
Engineering (CISE, affiliated) at University of Florida (UF). He is
the founding Director of National Science Foundation Center for Big
Learning (CBL), the first NSF center on deep learning, with UF
(lead), CMU, UO, and UMKC. He is also Director of Large-scale
Intelligent Systems Laboratory (Li Lab). His research interests
include Cloud Computing, Big Data, Deep Learning, Intelligent
Platforms, HPC, and Security & Privacy for Health, Precision
Medicine, CPS/IoT, Science, Engineering, and Business. He has
published over 100 peer-reviewed papers in journals and conference
proceedings, 5 books, and 4 patents (three licensees). His team has
created many software systems and tools. His research has been
sponsored by National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes
of Health (NIH), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and others.
He was a faculty member (with early promotion and tenure) in the
Computer Science Department at Oklahoma State University (OSU), a
visiting professor at Nokia Research Center Beijing (NRC), a
visiting scholar at University of Texas at Austin (UT), an Extreme
Blue intern at IBM, a graduate research assistant at Rutgers
University (RU), a research staff at Institute for Infocomm
Research (I2R), a research scholar at National University of
Singapore (NUS), and a research assistant at Zhejiang University
(ZJU). He received a PhD degree in Computer Engineering from
Rutgers University under the direction of Professor Manish
Parashar. He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation
CAREER Award in 2010, the Internet2 Innovative Application Award in
2013, NSF I-Corps Top Team Award (1 out of 24 teams, including
Berkley, Harvard, and MIT) in 2015, Top Team (DeepBipolar) in the
CAGI Challenge on detecting bipolar disorder in 2016, and best
paper awards (IEEE ICMLA 2016, IEEE SECON 2016, ACM CAC 2013, and
IEEE UbiSafe.
