研究方向

從事線粒體和衰老的分子機(jī)制研究,利用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的方法研究線粒體蛋白動(dòng)態(tài)變化及其與衰老及相關(guān)疾病的關(guān)系。主要關(guān)注衰老和相關(guān)疾病中線粒體蛋白水平修飾(包括乙酰化、琥珀酰化和氧化等)對(duì)線粒體功能的調(diào)節(jié)和反向信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的影響。現(xiàn)階段主要包括以下幾個(gè)課題方向:

1. 線粒體過氧化物介導(dǎo)的反向信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)與衰老和細(xì)胞死亡

2. 酮戊二酸脫氫酶特異性伴侶素蛋白的功能及其與疾病的關(guān)系

3. 線粒體-細(xì)胞器互作的蛋白網(wǎng)絡(luò)

4. 線粒體代謝與癌癥耐藥


個(gè)人簡歷

楊文,博士,博士生導(dǎo)師。2010年獲得加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2011-2017年于美國哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后研究。2017年加入生化與分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)系,擔(dān)任研究員。課題組聚焦線粒體代謝與衰老相關(guān)研究。近年來以第一作者在國際重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物(Cell, PLOS Biology)上發(fā)表SCI論文,他引超過700次。曾獲Charles A. King fellowship Award
